The Ramler Team

Been in the trucking industry my entire life, as I am a part of the 3rd generation to run the company. I have washed trucks, drove truck, scheduled loads, dispatched drivers, and eventually moved into a management position. My wife and three children keep me busy away from work, but if I do have some free time, I enjoy working in my shed, deer hunting, ice fishing, side by siding at the family cabin, and hanging out with friends and family at the lake.

My whole life I have been around the trucking industry starting as a truck washer, working into repairs, becoming a driver at the age of 18, eventually moved into an office position as a dispatcher and then became a part of management. Along with all other duties, I currently take care of our flat bed division and I try to get into a truck at times to “relax” from the hectic office. Away from work, my wife and 3 kids enjoy spending time outside by four wheeling and traveling. In the fall, you will find me sitting in a tree with my bow and waiting for the ever-allusive white tail deer or headed to take a hunting trip.

I have worked as the Truck Shop Manager for Ramler Truck and Trailer Repair, Inc since 2001. I keep the shop running smoothly by getting trucks/trailers fixed and back on the road as quickly as possible. If I am not working, you will find me motorcycling with my girlfriend, building motorcycles from the ground up, and doing anything that keeps me busy!

Hello, I am Kurt Ritter. I work in the trailer shop and have been at Ramler since August of 2005. It sure doesn’t feel that long though! In my free time I enjoy hunting, fishing, playing softball, farming, watching my daughter play sports, and volunteering on two fire departments.   

Hello– My name is Terri Hoppe and I am in the Accounting and Payroll Department. My duties at Ramler Trucking make the days fly by!  When I am not at work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our 2 adult children.  As a family we enjoy hunting and fishing, but I especially like summer time relaxing at the lake and taking in the sunshine with our family and friends.

Hi, I’m Staci Borgmann and work in the Accounting and Payroll Department here at Ramler Trucking. I have worked in the trucking industry in the past so being able to join the Ramler team was a perfect fit for me. What I love most about life is getting to be a wife, mother of one son and one four-legged fur baby.  When I’m not working, I enjoy camping, relaxing at home and spending time with my family.

Hi! I am Doris Ramler and I have been with the company since my husband and I got married in 1978. I have had my hands in just about everything! From hauling cattle, to hiring drivers, to being a part of the accounting team. I now get to watch my son take over the management role and it couldn’t make me happier. In my free time, I enjoy hanging out with my grandchildren, fishing, and sitting around a campfire.

Hi there!  My name is Kim Stuckel and I have been with the Ramler Trucking, Inc. family since 2012. There is typically not a boring day in the office. It can be “fun and hectic” all rolled into one which makes everyday a different adventure. Outside of the office, my boyfriend and I love motorcycle riding, DIYing and spending as much time as we can taking adventures and making memories with our family and friends. 

My name is Kim Nelson aka Nelly, Nellifer, Neltoid.  I've been at Ramler Trucking for what feels like forever. I am the log Nazi and a driver management specialist. In my free time, I enjoy hanging out with my family, hunting, fishing, and bowling with my besties on Wednesday nights.  If I am not at work, you can find me hanging in the garage with my significant other or on the couch with a book or a hook. 😊 

My name is Brian Ritter. I am a dispatcher at Ramler Trucking, Inc. I have been here since June of 1992. Starting as a driver, I then moved into an office position and have been here since. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, ranger riding, and helping on the farm I grew up on.  

My name is James Knakmuhs aka Jimmy. I was hired at Ramler in July of 2005 as a temporary driver. Years later, I am still here and now in dispatch/scheduling. At times, I still enjoy getting in the truck and hauling a couple loads. In my free time, I enjoy camping in the summer with my wife and four children, going to the gym, and spending time with friends and family. 

Hey! I am Ron and work in Parts. My wife and I have 2 adult children. With both of them being girls, I am outnumbered in my household. If I am not at work, you can find me in my shop working on numerous projects or spending time with my family.  

Hi - I’m Joey! I have been with Ramler since 1999. I work in the Parts Department. My favorite part of my position are the customers and ordering parts to help keep trucks and trailers up and running. In my free time I enjoy hanging out with my family and traveling with my wife and children. 

Hello, my name is Jenifer Jensen. I am one of the Appointment Schedulers at Ramler Trucking.  When I am not at work, you can find me in the gym or at a sporting event cheering on my daughters. I enjoy antique/craft shopping with friends and family in search of that special treasure. My favorite thing to do is to be in the kitchen tweaking a recipe or creating one of my own. 

Hi, my name is Ashley Kramer and I am an appointment scheduler at Ramler Trucking.  I have been at Ramler since February of 2017.  When I’m not at work I enjoy spending time with my family, friends and dog.  Some of my hobbies include hunting, fishing, camping, kayaking, ice fishing and snowmobiling.  I also enjoy taking road trips, whether it be in or out of the state.

My name is Joe Platz Sr. I have worked for Ramler for a long time. I was in the Parts Department for 15 years and as of January 2021, I took a new position as Property Manager for Ramler Trucking and help in Ramler Cold Storage as well. I enjoy farming on the family farm that I grew up on, with my wife and my two sons. I am an avid hunter of deer, pheasants and turkeys. In my free time, you can find me cheering on the Green Bay Packers! GO PACK GO!!

Hi- I am Scott Salzmann but everyone knows me by Suds. I work in the Ramler Cold Storage and have been here since the start of it. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, bowling, and golfing in the summer. Most of all, I am a big fan of the Dallas Cowboys!
